Pros:
If you are one to be concerned with appearances this car is popular right now. Good pick up getting on the highway. Fun to drive for the first three months when things start going down hill!
Cons:
Tire problems, poor sound system quality, poor service at the dealerships, cheap paint job
Review:
I have a 2004 G35 Sport RWD. I will never buy another Infiniti product after my first experience with this car.
1) I also have big tire issues but no one at the dealership will admit it's a problem. I had to take it to the local shop in town to get an explanation why I am filling the tires with air at least once a month. There is corrosion between the tire and the rim that is causing air to leak out between the two. The car is not even three years old!
2) I also got a ding from a rock and it is rusted underneath already
3) Some one mentioned the crappy CD system- I live in a cold weather climate and on cold mornings I can't listen to a CD because the player skips repeatedly until the car has been running for a good 30 minutes.
4) Randomly the car doesn't start. I've been out and about and several times the car just doesn't want to start up right away. It generally takes a little bit of pressure on the gas pedal to get it to kick on.
So glad I leased this car! Can't wait to give it back in August!!!!

Pros:
Acceleration, Bose Stereo, power, performance etc. Very quick car.
Cons:
Brakes work well, but wear way too fast. They should UPGRADE instead of just replace. Gas mileage for me has been 18-21. Could be better.
Review:
I still love this car, 2 years later. I have no issues previously listed like noises or rattles. My car is solid as a rock and performs very well.

I expected a little more from the sport tuned suspension, it still doesn't handle like a BMW, but the performance blows away even the 330. I recently added a Stillen Exhaust and Jim Wolf Technologies Intake.

Everything is great!
Cons:
Brakes are a concern, but dealership has been great.
Review:
I purchased my G35 last September and I has been nothing but happy with it. I still get that feeling when I see it in the garage or when I step on the gas. I love it. I have been tracking the G35 since it came to market and would suggest it for anyone that wants a great automobile from a great company.

Pros:
Engine, power, acceleration, handling
Cons:
Very uncomfortable seat. Very oddly placed controls.
Review:
The engine and drivetrain with the associated power and performance gets 10/10. It is very good value for money as you would have to pay a lot more for the equivalent horsepower and performance in say BMW. The appearance is good but not as distinct and "sexy" as BMW - the Japanese are good at emulating European styling and performance but some of the finer points still elude them. When I initially bought the car, I though that Infiniti had caught up and maybe overtaken BMW (I previously owned 3 BMWs, 1 VW, 1 Toyota, 1 Nissan), but several issues changed my mind. First, rattles and squeaks appeared that took several trips back to the dealer to fix, which they eventually got right. Second, I started experiencing discomfort with the seat - the seat controls are on the right hand of the seat cushion (instead of next to the seat), it is rigid and hard and presses into your leg. Any trip more than 30 minutes becomes a pain. I guess it would be OK for some "Japanese-sized" drivers, but at 6'2", there is no comfortable combination of seat/steering position for me. Why they designed it like this is anyone's guess? The car manuals are in a bag that is attached with Velcro in the boot - another oddity. The jack has "Nissan" stamped on it, which probably reveals what the Infiniti really is. Overall a good value, but I am currently very biased against it because of the seat discomfort, and I am thinking to changing back to BMW or perhaps the Acura TL.
