Cons:
I agree w/others on the tire wear, but I still love my g35 and don't mind paying the extra bucks for the tires
Review:
Don't have many complaints.  I have had my g35 coupe for 2.5yrs (Had a G35 Sedan before and loved it, did not have any problems with it...after Infiniti worked out all the bugs when the 2003 first came out in 2002 put 60,000+ and ran excellent).  No weird noise or anything!  I have 18,000+miles on the car and still running excellent.  My husband and I moved to a winter state from FL and last year was my first time driving my g35 during winter and IT WAS FINE, just got some really expensive studed tires & rims (can't get studed tires on 19' rims) and put about three sand bags in the trunk and no slipping!  The VDC really helps!!!!  I even beat a Subaru on a VERY SLUSHY ROAD.  I have been trying to sell it, but I just can't detach myself from my car.  I need a "family car", now that I'm a mom; but have made so many excuses as to why I should not get another vehicle.  I just love my car.

The seats are so comfortable (I think).  My husband loves the car, but he has to slide the driver seat all the way back just to sit comfortable, as for me, I have room for someone to sit comfortably in the back.  My son's car seat is facing the rear and does not look comfortable.  Looking forward to changing the car seat to face the front.

I have been looking at low mileage used G-35s and found it strange that every vehicle I looked at had worn tires. These are cars with less than 15,000 miles and one with barely 10k. Before reading this blog, I assumed the dealers were replacing the odometer pods on high mileage cars. Interestingly, either way, they don?t seem to be smart enough to replace the tires before displaying the cars on their lots. I have looked at enough cars in various dealers to be able to say that there is definitely a problem with the design of this car as it relates to the models with 19 inch tires if in fact the cars I drove indeed were really low mileage.

One car with about 13,000 miles on it was a real dog in terms of acceleration. It too had tires that were barely legal in terms of tread depth. Again, until investigating on-line I assumed this was because the car really had many more miles on it than were displayed on the odometer. Evidently the comments being made about faulty engines are accurate too.

I consulted with a friend who runs an independent repair service for upscale cars. He tells me that these are great cars to drive but you have to sell them after 2 or 3 years as everything goes and the cost of repairing the car out of warranty is beyond the reach for most fiscally responsible people.

Class action law suit to seek compensation for the noise and motion vibration suffered and caused by Infiniti, the Manufacturers engineering design flaw of the front suspension.

Pros:
Great looking, great performance, good comfort, fits 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably, good sound system, no mechanical issues at all. Very solid car.
Cons:
Only one......tire wear!!!! Yikes!!!!
Review:
Bought a 2006 G35 6 speed with aero package. This is one of the best cars I've owned excluding the huge tire wear issue. Great looks, great performance, great comfort in my opinion and no issues...none over almost 2 years...one oil change....currently 8,000 miles.

I drive fairly hard, but 8,000 miles on a $1,500+ set of tires is just unacceptable. Starting getting noisy at 7K miles and now at 8K very noisy. The backs wear in the middle and the fronts along the inner edge....both unevenly. Dealership says they were desinged that way...huh...why would you design a car to produce uneven tire wear???? Dealership also says almost $1,800 to replace with alignment...no pro-rated discount for the huge design flaw. Looking to sell at this point. Come on Infiniti...step up with some pro-rated break on these tires!!!!!

Review:
Coming from a CLK 320 and CL 500, I wasn't sure how I would react behind the wheel of an Infiniti G35 coupe. I went to Passport Infiniti and feel in love w/ the look, initially. I didn't even test drive the car, and said, yeap.. i gotta have it.
After one year of ownership, I would say, hands down, Infiniti has won me over. Good-bye unpredictable/expensive German reliability, hello Japanese efficiency. The car has meet my expectations and exceeded some as well. The car is my daily driver and has been very solid and reliable. For a every car sports coupe, it's exactly what I wanted without spending $400 for an maintenance visit at the dealers.
The coupe is very fast, comfortable and the features 19' sports suspension package is excellent for aggressive style driving.
