Pros:
I felt that the Infiniti was the most powerful of all the SUVs that I
test drove, and it also felt like the interior instrument panel was well
thought out, and the seat offered the firmest back support for a long trip.
Cadillac, Tahoe and Aspen was too soft and cushy. |
Cons:
13 mpg city, 18 mpg highway. Somewhat pricey sticker price, but dealer
offered up to 84 months to pay off loan to keep the payments low. |
Review:
I test drove a 2007 Chevy Tahoe, a 2007 Cadillac Escalade, a 2007
Chrysler Aspen and the 2007 Infiniti QV56. The Cadillac was the most quiet
ride of all, then Chevy Tahoe, Infiniti QX56 and the loudest was Chrysler
Aspen. Towing capacity for Chevy and Cadillac was 7500 lbs, Chrysler was
8500 lbs, and 9100 lbs for Infiniti. Seat comfort was the best on the
Infiniti compared to the others. I needed something that could tow my 8,100
lb travel trailer and the Infiniti and Chrysler were the only two that I
test drove that could do the job. I thought the Infiniti would retain more
of its value better than the other three SUVs I test drove. It had the feel
of a Mercedes sedan, the horsepower of a truck, and it was fun to drive. I
love the back up camera option. |
