The Ashtray of my
1993 (1990-1996) Q45 Is not opening Properly
There is a "Pin" that may be missing
in the opening mechanism of the ashtray, and needs to be replace. This
repair includes 1990-1996 Q45

Tools and parts:
Flat screw diver
Phillips screw drive
Pin

of the pin. Size of the pin compare with a penny. |

| Remove
Shifter Indicator Cover. Pop up the edge of the cover with a flat
screw driver. |
 |
| Remove
Screws that holds the ashtray in place. |
 |
| Remove
Ashtray insert |
 |
| Remove
Ashtray and disconnect wire connectors |
 |
| Line up
holes for pin |
 |
| Insert pin |
 |
| Reinstall
ashtray |
