INFINITI Q45; SEAT AND STEERING WHEEL MEMORY IS NOT WORKING PORPERLY

My memory seat and steering wheel will no longer move to their reset or "car exit" position.

 I disconnect my battery terminals to clean the terminals and then reconnect them, now my memory seat and steering wheel will no longer move to their reset or "car exit" position. How do you reset the memory seat?

Solution:

The Automatic Seat Position may be on fail-safe mode, and you may have a problem with the system. But you can try to reset the system, some times that will fix the problem. To reset the system do the follow:

-Get inside the car
-Insert the key on the ignition (do not turn the key)
-Open and close the driver side door three or four times
-End
