Pros:
Styling, performance and high "happy factor".
|
Cons:
After 6 years of the same body style, other
manufacturers are starting to imitate the styling. While this is generally
flattering, some of the "come latelys" are distracting. Reminds me of all
the pony-car field entries after the 65 Mustang hit.

Review:
Have been enamored of this vehicle since I first set
eyes on it. If you don?t get the styling, stay away! What it is; the best
looking crossover on the road, with great features and notable performance.
What it is not; a practical SUV with off-road functionality and good gas
mileage. From my point of view, it?s a modern classic. Not many cars out
there with so much staying power and specific interest. This car will be
discussed regularly by collectors in 30 years? It?s just terrific!

Review:
I purchase a FX35 2004 with 25,000 miles...From day one
the dealership stated they check the car. But I am having problems with my
front brakes. The dealership can solved the problems.
It appear I brought a lemon

Pros:
Awesome performance, great looks...
|
Cons:
Poor gas mileage, harsh ride (it?s a sport car), front wheel kicks in late when slipping, leather on front seats age prematurely...
|
Review:
I have the 4WD FX35 with the Sport Package... If you?re worry about MPG,
then you might want to pass on this one? It does not do what EPA rates it
at... 16city/22hwy..? I get 14city/19hwy... Leather seats in the front
stretches and bubbles up prematurely, due to not enough padding... Would?ve
been much better if they had more paddling like the rear seats or even the
front section of the front seats... If you could look pass these negatives
points and want a sport car with the room of an SUV, this is definitely a
great choice with great performance and looks to match...

Pros:
Power, handling, luxury, and sound system - a BMW without the necessity of being a mechanic
|
Cons:
Looks like it eats brake pads like the original G-35.
|
Review:
After almost 2 years and 30K miles, I can say my FX-35 is a winner. It
drives like a sports sedan, has the utility of a small station wagon, and
it's appearance still gets stares. It impressed my family when we had to
traverse snow covered hilly roads and it impresses me every time I drive it.

Pros:
The Ultimate crossover vehicle.
|
Cons:
Climate Control in automatic mode was a disappointment requiring me to use it almost exclusively in manual mode.
|
Review:
I have owned Lexus LS, Jaguar XJ, Volvo S-80, and 2 Porsches. This is by
far the best vehicle I have ever owned. NO disappointments. In fact, I often
say this is the vehicle that Porsche wanted the Cayenne to be. A vehicle
that gave me the best of all worlds, the size of a sedan, the utility of a
SUV, and the performance of a sports car. I ordered mine with the sports
package and quite honestly had to get used to the extremely responsive
steering. My FX has been squeak-free and worry-free. It has been my rescue
from a brutal daily drive offering me the safety and comfort of an Infinity
with the control (i.e. steering and an outstanding manual shift capability)
that I so desperately needed. I can't say enough about this vehicle except
"I am going to get another one".
