I've had a chance to put 37k on my '05 fx35...great sports-car in an acceptable size(6'7")....brakes aren't heavy enough for my 'spirited'
driving style...third set of tires, already: I'm getting 13mpg. ...love the car, but would not own it if it were out of warranty.

Pros:
Exhaust sound, acceleration, cornering/handling, and out of the box styling.!
|
|
Cons:
It's so unique, Car mags don't know how to classify it, and therefore, it gets ignored in their SUV compares. Too bad 'cause it's great.

Review:
While close, this is not the most expensive vehicle I have had, however, I firmly believe it ranks first in terms of value and dependability.
After 20,000 clicks, there has not been an even "petty" reason to take it to the dealer for service. No rattles, no electronic glitches, nothing but smiles.

Pros:
Handles the road great, easy to park, like the ease of seat control location, lots of nice features -!
|
|
Cons:
Intelligent cruise control, Infiniti computer engineers, customer service at main headquarters.

Review:
Considered M.B., BMW, Cadillac & Lexus - Deciding factor "Intelligent Cruise Control" When cruise control set -This feature gives you choice of
distance to start slowing you down on approaching vehicles in your lane - PROBLEM: IT picks up vehicles in the right lane next to you also. The answer
from Infiniti "That's how the engineers programmed the computer program to work" ?? Can't UNintelligent-engineers reprogram this UN-intelligent Cruise
Control to just pick up the cars in your lane????

05 FX - A few Pro's & Con's by Rob Morgan from SE Pennsylvania |

Pros:
Great Styling - inside and out. Please exhaust note. Adjustable angle of dash gages. Outstanding GPS quality, if a little hard to work!
|
|
Cons:
Biggest Negative - Climate Control System not temperature sensitive and requires way too much tweaking. Seat adjustments on the top of the seat,
making them extremely compersome and annoying to use, if your butt is a tad wider than average. Could use more leg room - front and back. Fuel economy
less than expected for a car this size

Review:
Just a few Pro's & Con's I've noticed in the couple of months we've had the 2005 FX...
