I am wondering if you have a 04 Q56, I own a 05 and no problems at all
with the sunroof and the air is suburb with both sides easy to set and work
excellent as to the parking break , I agree as it should have a lite. But
every thing else is the best I ever owned, Many compliments on the looks of
car.

Pros:
Powerful, Great for highways, Interior design and room
|
Cons:
A/C temp out of control requires daily adjustment based on outside temp. Not a true Auto A/C. Not for off road driving.
Cannot make sharp left or right in 4WD

Review:
I have owned, drove and tested may SUVs. The QX56 is by far one of the
best out there. If your priority is on power, comfort and look the QX56 is
for you. However, this SUV is missing many basic options that basic luxury
vehicle should have: No auto door lock, no visual/audible alert if driven
with parking break engage, bad bad A/C system - hard to control and
stabilize temp, you are going to hate it. No telescopic steering wheel, so
for those of you with long legs, good luck. Do not buy the sunroof option,
its a noise trap and you will never use it. Navigation system: looks high
tech and advanced, but does not "speak" proper English and uses verbiage
like stay to left instead of turn left. Too short notice, plus maps are not
accurate. My other car has a 3 years old Nav that if by far better and
cheaper.
Do not attempt to drive this SUV off road or you risk a neck injury! Become
very rough and jerky.

I Love my QX56 It handles like a dream I have 15,000 on it now , And
have only had problem with brakes, Dealer fixed, The room inside is comfy
and beautiful to look at. No cheap stuff like the Cad or Navigator, or even
the Lexus, I would recommend to anyone who likes quality..

Pros:
Love the appearance and power
|
Cons:
Was told all the issues for 2004 were fixed in 2005. NOT TRUE! Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys stretched the truth by a
mile to sell a car!!!

Review:
We have had it back to the dealer 3 times in 7000 miles for brakes. Interior pieces have fallen off and too many squeaks
and rattles for a $50K car. Have had many electrical issues as well.

Review:
11 new vehicles in the last 4 years among 4 drivers. Excepting my 350Z
Roadster, this QX is my favorite and that comes as a surprise even to me!
We've logged 2200 miles in 4 weeks; our build date is Jan 05. I've read a
lot of horror stories on the 04's. So far, we've passed mileage that many of
the early adopters had already begun to experience problems. It may be
premature...but maybe the bugs are worked out? Maybe most of them? Love the
ride, handling (for a big vehicle feels like a sedan, and the room, comfort,
luxury) need I say more?
